Information is a very important human need, because it can increase knowledge, increase confidence, decision making, and so forth. Broadly speaking, user information may be classified as follows:

- Researcher: information for research and development activities.
- Consultant: information as a capital to provide advice to clients.
- Teachers: information as a learning material.
- Extension: Information as raw material extension.
- Student / student: information to increase knowledge and skills.
- General: information to add insight in solving problems.
